BOOKING & SESSION POLICIES

Before we shoot.

A few simple things to know, from planning your session to receiving your photographs.

Vork Photography is a family business run by my parents and me. I’m the 16-year-old photographer behind the lens, based in Brisbane.

  1. Booking

    Your session is confirmed after we agree on the details and I verify full payment.

  2. Payment

    Please wait for payment instructions before paying. Payments are handled by my parents through their PayPal account.

  3. Extra costs

    Extra photos, travel and studio hire must be quoted and agreed before charging.

  4. Delivery

    I’ll confirm your edited-photo delivery date before you pay.

  5. Editing

    Your package includes the agreed edited photos; additional editing is quoted separately.

  6. Rescheduling

    Contact me early if you need another date, subject to availability.

  7. Weather

    If conditions are unsafe, we’ll arrange another suitable time or location.

  8. Cancellations

    Any cancellation charge must be explained and agreed in writing before payment.

  9. If I cancel

    You can choose an available replacement date or a refund for services not provided.

  10. Photo sharing

    I’ll ask your permission before using your session photos or review for promotion.

  11. Commercial use

    Tell me before booking if your photos are for business or advertising so we can agree on usage.

  12. Privacy

    Your details are used to manage enquiries, bookings and delivery, with necessary service providers.
